Mr. Sippin has been taking clients to Costa Rica for over 42 years.  Along with  fishing clients he has taken down many tourists. There are few people in the USA who are more knowledgeable than Mr. Sippin about this wonderful country. They have a Democratic Government, with the President being elected every 2 years.  One of their Presidents recently won the Nobel Peace Award. There are more teachers than policeman in Costa Rica. They have universal Health Care coverage for their citizens, even if you get sick when there, you are also covered.  Almost everyone speaks English in Costa Rica. The month of February is the height of the season in Costa Rica.  At that time of the year, it almost never rains, and the temperature hovers around 75 degrees, except on the coasts where it is a little hotter but dry, and you do not feel the heat.  The beaches are almost empty of people, and the natives are warm and accommodating.  The food is excellent. There is a large contingency of Retired Americans living in Costa Rica. Costa Rica is a Warm and Friendly  Country. Come with us on a visit and see. You will love it.  Bernard Sippin
